    Abstract: 系統整合業在八O年代PC 與網路興起時期,曾經有亮麗的營收成績。但在網際網路的盛行、資訊的透明化、科技產業蓬勃發展與市場競爭激烈等內外環境快速變動的衝擊下,系統整合業的經營發生困境。當系統整合業經營困境時,有些公司無法度過難關,而有些公司則透過內部整合、組織再造等方式,得以化解財務危機。這些再造成功之公司,其經驗可做為其他面臨同樣困境之公司參考。 本研究採取個案研究法,選擇國內一家經營近20年的系統整合業者-C公司,透過產業分析及個案研討,檢視系統整合業面對微利時代及公司內部財務危機時的因應方式。此外,藉由個案公司與其他系統整合業之財務分析,找出企業內部整合、轉型成功的的關鍵因素。 System-integrated industry had magnificent profit performance during the booming time of personal computers and internet in the 1990s. However, due to the rapid changes of technology and intensive competition, companies in the system-integrated industry encounter difficulties. While some companies went bankruptcy or were acquired by other company, some companies were able to deal with financial crisis successfully through internal personal re-organization and integration. In this study, we use case study to investigate how a company to overcome its difficulties. We begin by studying the business activities of the case company which was established in 1989 in the system-integrated industry in Taiwan. By doing industry analyses and case study, we find how the company has been able to thrive in this competitive environment by following internal re-organization strategy. We also reference a number of financial performance measures for the case company and other companies in the same industry. The business analysis and the summary financial information can use as a basis for deciding key factors of successful internal integration and reforming in the system-integrated industry.
