Abstract:	軟體生命週期觀念普遍應用於現有的資訊系統專案開發上，生命週期提供專案管理一個專案進行的藍圖；目前大部分的IT部門人員對於資訊系統的開發仍採用傳統的軟體開發生命週期，但資料倉儲不同於一般的資訊系統，傳統的開發程序已無法應付資料倉儲這種跨部門的資訊系統，然而目前文獻很少提及資料倉儲專案管理的議題，對於想要引進資料倉儲系統的企業來說，勢必需要一套專屬的專案管理生命週期模型，提供企業導入資料倉儲系統的依據。在本研究當中將針對目前的資料倉儲系統的專案管理生命週期模型做深入的探討，同時選擇適當個案，以Kimball與Tom的生命週期模型作為本研究的專案發展依據，實際進行個案的研究。而為了確保依照本研究所提之資料倉儲生命週期進行的資料倉儲專案能夠獲得組織終端使用者的高滿意度，本研究將以問卷統計使用者滿意度趨勢，並以t檢定檢測使用者的滿意度是否合乎預期。
