平衡計分卡所需要的資料來自企業的各個角落,而資料倉儲的一大特色就是將企業存在各個相同或異質性資料庫或各式檔案中的資料經過萃取、轉換、載入等過程後,最後使用比較好的儲存結構來儲存,因此將平衡計分卡結合資料倉儲,可以幫助平衡計分卡發揮更大的效用,但需要有一套好的方法才能將此兩大理論結合起來,因此本研究提出了應用資料倉儲技術建構平衡計分卡資訊系統之方法論,主要如下:(八大流程+二大圖+八大表格) 1、建立平衡計分卡資料倉儲專案團隊及規劃專案 2、確認策略地圖、策略目標、策略衡量項目、計算公式與目標值 -策略地圖 -策略目標、策略衡量項目、計算公式與目標值確認表 3、規劃平衡計分卡之資料倉儲架構 4、將平衡計分卡之需求轉成資料倉儲之需求 -平衡計分卡使用者維度需求表 -平衡計分卡to資料倉儲轉換工作表 5、維度設計:根據平衡計分卡衡量指標之計算公式進行維度設計 -建立改良型之 BUS Architecture Matrix 6、平衡計分卡之資料倉儲實體資料庫設計 -BSC Data Warehouse Fact Table 欄位確認表 -BSC Data Warehouse Fact Table Type確認表 -BSC Data Warehouse Dimension Table欄位確認表 -平衡計分卡資料倉儲星狀結構圖 7、平衡計分卡資源倉儲之資料處理 -Source-to-Target Data Map Table 8、平衡計分卡使用者端軟體 最後並以一個個案公司之人力資源資料,應用此方法論,建構了個案公司之人力資源計分卡雛型。而資料倉儲之下鑽功能應用在平衡計分卡,可幫助個案公司發掘出許多表面之下的問題。 The data sources (to calculate the KPIs’and many performance measurements) for a Balanced Scorecard implementation are mostly from many different data repositories within an enterprise. Meanwhile, data warehouse is commonly used to organize and store various enterprise data in a well-defined and efficient mechanism via extracting、transforming and loading steps. Hence a Balanced Scorecard can be effectively and efficiently implemented if it is built upon the Data Warehouse technology. However we need an organic approach to combine these two theories. In our view, Balance Scorecard should be the logical guiding principles from the top, while data warehouse design principles are extended here to use these top-down principles for detailed logical and physical design of the Balance Scorecard and Data warehouse implementation. In this thesis, a methodology is proposed for this realization, and it consists of“8 major Steps、2 reference Pictures and 8 working Tables.” To validate this methodology, a company’s HR Scorecard is constructed by using this methodology, and some of the findings during the implementation is also reported.
