隨著商業環境的改變,資訊科技被普遍的運用於各種商業活動之中,甚至成為商業競爭力的核心能力之一,因此現在的資訊人員較以往肩負更大的責任。另一方面,許多經營者也都同意,人是企業最重要的資產,而企業內的資訊部門和資訊人員對於企業的資訊運用具有舉足輕重的地位,所以若能對資訊人員有更深入的瞭解,將更能運用這些資訊人員的能力並進而提升整體企業的競爭力。 本研究以樂觀程度為主軸,並藉由對資訊人員之工作特性、人格特質、樂觀程度、工作滿意及生活滿意等五個構面的探討,來進一步的瞭解資訊人員。經由文獻探討、研究設計與資料的統計分析,在個案金融機構的資訊人員之五大工作特性的分析中,發現五大工作特性及工作的激勵潛能分數的高低與工作滿意具有顯著的正相關。所以在企業中,如果能對資訊人員的工作特性加以適當的設計,將有助於提升工作滿意度。 另一方面,從五大人格特質分析中可以發現,人格特質中的外向性、和善性、嚴謹自律性等的差異會影響工作滿意度,所以在進行工作設計時,除了工作特性的因素外,一定要再考量到員工的人格特質差異,這樣才能讓其適才適所的順利發揮所長。 最後從樂觀程度的分析可發現,四個構面中僅對壞事的永久性思考與工作滿意和生活滿意有顯著影響,不過整體的希望分數高低也會對工作滿意有顯著影響。所以就個案公司的資料看來,資訊人員在面對困難時,應該要學習把所面對的問題當成是一時的、可以解決的,並認真思考、面對問題,儘可能尋求解決之道,避免各種鑽牛角尖的思考方向。 Because changing of business environment, information technology is used in all kinds of business activity, even if the core of business competent. Therefore staffs of IT department have more important responsibility. On the other side, many managements have agree that people are the most important in the business, and the staff of IT department have to know how to use information technology to develop the competent of business. This research is discussing the job characteristics, personality character, positive attitude, and satisfaction of job and life of the staff of IT department. From the research, the results show that: 1.The personal data of IT department staff will not influence the satisfaction of job and life. But job specificity will influence the satisfaction of job. 2.The different of the personal character of staff will influence the satisfaction of job. 3.From the degree of the positive analyzing, the thinking of permanent bad will influence the satisfaction of job and life, but the score of hope will influence the satisfaction of job. 4.The higher satisfaction of job will cause the higher satisfaction of their life.
