    Abstract: 企業資源規劃系統的終端使用者訓練是ERP導入專案的關鍵成功因素之一,然而教育訓練成本卻也是最容易被導入企業忽略或低估的隱藏成本。本研究的研究目的在模擬SAP R/3系統SD模組銷售企業流程和操作介面,以IEEE的分散式模擬互通標準—高階模擬架構為基礎架構,建置一個能夠多人參與、即時互動的ERP學習模擬演示系統。 本研究使用高階模擬架構標準的軟體、SAP R/3系統的標準介面,以及SAP Java中介軟體,實作一個SAP訓練教材中的銷售企業流程情境。模擬系統分為詢價、報價、和銷售訂單三個子系統。每個子系統連結、整合高階模擬架構與實際運作的SAP R/3系統,讓系統中的使用者之間,可以透過高階模擬架構標準所規範的互通界面互動,也可以模擬使用者和SAP R/3系統間的互動,使系統能夠自動、即時的回應使用者因輸入產生的問題及訊息。研究結果,使受訓練者能具有六個知識層級的知識,建立整體流程的觀念,以提升訓練成效。 One of the successful factors of ERP implementation project is end-user training of Enterprise resource planning system, but training cost is the easiest neglected or underestimated hidden costs by implementing company. The purpose of the research mainly simulates sales business process and operation interface of sales and distribution module in SAP R/3 system, a HLA-based implementation of multi-agent interactive ERP simulation demo system. The RTI software of HLA standard, standard interface of SAP R/3 system, SAP Java Connector and sales business process scenario is used to build a simulation system, including three subsystems, inquiry, quotation, and sales order. Each subsystem is connected and integrated to HLA and production SAP R/3 system through the interact of RTI software of HLA standard, also can simulate interact between users and SAP R/3 system that make the simulation system automatic, immediate respond to produce questions and messages which users have inputted. The result of the research let trainees have knowledge of six knowledge levels. Then the concept of the whole process is set up which improves the effect of training.
