本研究探討資訊從業人員的工作家庭衝突影響,包括了工作家庭衝突的前因,例如,資訊科技的使用、角色模糊、角色衝突和工作投入以及工作家庭衝突對工作耗竭的影響。此外,本研究也探討來自主管、同事、家庭和朋友的社會支持對於工作家庭衝突與工作耗竭間的調節效果影響。資料來源是從404位資訊從業人員取得。結果發現四個工作家庭衝突的前因對工作家庭有正向且顯著的影響。此外,在工作耗竭方面,工作家庭衝突在資訊從業人員上是重要的壓力源。只有主管的社會支持有顯著的調節效果在工作家庭衝突與工作耗竭間的關係。本研究著重在資訊從業人員的工作家庭衝突影響與社會支持的調節效果。本研究著重在工作家庭衝突與社會支持。在論文的最後也會討論研究限制和管理意函。 This study examined the effect of work-family conflict (WFC) for information Technology (IT) workers, including the antecedence of WFC (e.g., role ambiguity, role conflict, job involvement and IT usage) and the impact of WFC on work exhaustion. In addition, we wanted to find out the moderating effect of social support from supervisor, co-worker, family and friend on the relationship between WFC and work exhaustion. Data were gathered from 404 IT workers. Results showed that all antecedences of WFC were positively related to WFC. Moreover, IT workers who had higher degree of WFC experienced more work exhaustion. In addition, only supervisory support significantly moderated the relationship between WFC and work exhaustion, whereas the moderating effect of social support from co-worker, family and friend were insignificant. The discussion focuses on WFC and the moderating effect of social support for IT workers. At the end of this paper, the research limitations and managerial implications of this study will be discussed.
