    摘要: 現今的台灣社會已經正式進入資訊化時代,而偏遠地區的人民,由於種種因素,導致資訊取得不易,進而影響資訊素養,若放任此現象,數位落差之現象只會日益嚴重。數位學習可以有效的加強學習效果,一個設計良好的數位學習平台更可以加強使用者的學習效率,為使用者提供多樣化的資訊傳遞、交換訊息的功能。 本研究旨在實際建置一具有映對資訊素養構面功能的數位學習平台。首先以文獻探討影響資訊素養之因素及構面,並藉由專家訪談決定了「認知及搜尋資訊構面」及「熟知來源與獲得資訊解決問題能力構面」進而結合使用者介面設計原則設計四項映對功能(1)偏遠地區相關新聞頁面(2)即時線上詢問系統(3)平台及網際搜尋(4)維基百科搜尋引擎,後邀請專家就系統功能與內容的整合性、實用性和適用性加以評鑑及驗證,確認設計之功能可映對到相關構面。 Nowadays society of Taiwan was already in the information age. However residents in remote area are still troubled by deficiency of information literacy due to inferior information retrieval. Ignore the phenomenon; the digital divide situation will grow even worse. e-Learning could enhance learning outcome. A well designed e-learning platform could even more intensify user learning efficiency and provide diverse functions for information transmission and exchange. The study proposed an implemented e-Learning platform which consist functions correspond to dimensions of information literacy. In this research, the factors and dimensions that effect information literacy in the literature were discussed. Then referential dimensions -"Cognition and search" and "Well-known authority, acquire information and solve the problem" were decided, and the user interface design rules were combined the embed four correspond functions: (1) Daily related news in remote area (2) Online consultant system (3) Platform and internet search. (4)Wiki search engine. The platform’s functions and its integration, practicality and suitability in contents are verified and validated by the experts invited which show the designed functions are mapped to the dimensions mentioned in previous.
