Due to the wireless broadband and new powerful mobile phone and mobile internet device entered to the market, electronic transactions of digital content through the mobile device become one of the popular new shopping models. However, the changing of digital content industry structure, digital content creators should get their revenue immediately when the digital content was sold. Apportion the revenue right away could motivate the authors’ motivation, too. It could make the authors create high quality digital content. We improve Lin and Liu’s payment system on efficiency for digital content transactions. Authors and merchant sign a revenue apportion contract before the digital content selling, and apportion the revenue to all the payees immediately when the digital content was sold. At last, we explain the payment security and fair exchange by case to ensure the safety of the transaction. And use FDR as a formal verification tool to examine the fair-exchange property of our proposed scheme.
