摘 要 本實驗以噴霧的方式來增強扁平管平行流冷凝器的熱傳性能。於一開放式風洞中進行冷凝器在不同噴霧量、風量及相對濕度下,其熱傳與壓降性能的變化。噴霧的方式為利用伯努力定律,配合文氏管噴霧器將水分噴於入口空氣中,因水份蒸發帶走熱量,來降低空氣入口溫度,達到熱傳增強的效果。 實驗結果發現,噴霧方式確實能提升熱傳性能,但應注意噴霧量不可超出空氣的飽合量,否則多餘的水分將會積於鰭片之間,造成壓降增加,熱傳效果也得不到提升。 Experiments were conducted in this research to investigate the influence of enhancing the heat transfer performance of condencer by condensing water. Different spray rate,flow velocity and relative humidity was tested in an open style wind tunnel to understand the chang of heat transfer and pressure drop performance.
