Abstract:	電子儀器由於零件的瑕疵及壽命,難免會發生故障.因為儀器的日趨複雜及專業維修人員的訓練不易,診斷專家系統於是因應而生.法則式專家系統利用經驗直接將症狀對應至故障零件.然而由於電子零件升級迅速,知識庫的經驗不易累積且需時常更新.模型式專家系統即是為了克服知識擷取的困難而發展的一個新的途徑.模型式診斷專家系統利用儀器的設計模型,來找出故障的零件.因為儀器的設計模型可從電腦輔助設計工具中直接取得,知識擷取在模型式架構中便不成困難.研究期間：8201 ~ 8212
