摘要:	本研究針對台灣熱處理加工產業進行分析，並探討產業內前二大廠商的經營策略。整個研究以產業價值鏈開始，並先在產業分析方面，針對其大環境因素、產業環境、發展條件、發展目標以及未來趨勢等，以司徒達賢提出的產業矩陣為方法進行相關分析，並有系統的驗證與描述各階段的產業環境、條件與目標，試圖將產業分析結果與廠商個別經營策略做連結；其次在經營策略分析方面，以個案研究方法探討產業中前二大廠商的經營策略。研究各廠商在台灣的產業環境中之機會與威脅，如何運用其所擁有的資源條件，來達到策略目標。並對其策略執行結果進行歸納與分析。經由上述分析研究，目的在於找出產業中能夠成功經營的策略，並期望能提供熱處理加工廠商，在未來制定與執行策略時的參考。在對產業及個案進行分析後，本研究整理出數個研究發現，可做為熱處理加工廠經營策略的方針，包括：1.品質追求為熱處理加工產品的關鍵成功因素、共同研發與服務為熱處理加工產品的關鍵成功因素、成本領導為熱處理加工產品的關鍵成功因素；2.相對規模較大的熱處理加工廠應以多目標市場為其市場選擇策略，規模較小的熱處理加工廠則應專注於利基市場上；3.熱處理加工產業垂直整合程度越高競爭優勢越大；4.追求規模經濟為熱處理加工廠必要的策略。 This research carries on analysis to Heat Treatment Processing business, inquiring into the first two company of business strategy among the industry. Analyze aspects in the Heat Treatment Processing business , aim at its environment, developing condition, developing objects and the trend in the future etc. Adopting method of the industrial strategic matrix to carry on related analysis, and systematically identifying and describing the industry environment, condition and objects of each stage. Try to link results with those the first two company business strategy. Secondly, to inquire into the first two company business strategy in the industry by case study. Investigate the first two company outlook among the Heat Treatment Processing industry to obtain the factors on how they evaluate their condition and make use of their own resources to achieve their strategic objects. Furthermore , to induce and analyze from their business strategy with current running results. Through the above-mentioned analysis, the purpose lies in the strategy given mjore find-outs and factors which made to succeed in conducting in the industry, and expects to provide the other Heat Treatment Processing makers draw up with the run strategy for refetrence in the coming future. Tidy up several research detections after carrying on analysis to the industry and the individual cases providing as below the strategy policies of the Heat Treatment Processing makers. : 1. Quality pursuing and joint customer’s R&D function and the cost leadership are the Key success factor of Heat Treatment Processing business. 2. The bigger scale company process for customer in many place are the key success factor in differentiating among the other competitor in Heat Treatment Processing industry. 3. Vertical integration degree impacts the competitiveness in Heat Treatment Processing business. 4. Pursuing scale economy stratgy needed in Heat Treatment Processing business.
