    Abstract: This paper considers a theory of input and state covariance control for bilinear stochastic discrete systems. The feedback gain matrices that achieve the specified state covariance for bilinear stochastic discrete systems are also obtained. Also, how practically to find a feedback gain which can minimize the mean square amplitude of each actuator input is discussed. Furthermore, an illustrative example is given to show the usefulness and applicability of the present method.
