Abstract:	許多組織急著擁有網路學習的優點，然而，網路學習的成功達成並非理所當然。網路學習的最終成功取決於使用者忠誠度，亦即往後的持續使用。本研究的目的為發展一理論架構來檢驗影響使用者持續使用意願的因素。本研究所提議的模型為擴充規划行為理論，並整合期望不確認理論、消費者行為文獻、及以往在資訊系統使用及成功方面的理論發現。此研究模型從三個層面探討網路學習的持續使用意願，包括對標的科技滿意度（使用者對網路學習績效、品質及價值的滿意），自我評估（使用者自己行為控制力及使用Internet 及Web 的自我能力評估），及社會影響（來自重要參考人的影響）使用問卷資料，本研究將採用結構方程式模型（LISREL）來評估研究模型的正確性及檢驗研究假設。研究期間：9308 ~ 9407
