Abstract:	許多組織急於擁有網路學習的優點，然而，網路學習的成功達成並非理所當然。網路學習的最終成功取決於使用者忠誠度，亦即往後的持續使用。本研究將引入成就價值（重要性）,效用價值（任務的效用）,內隱價值（趣味性）及成本，以擴充科技接受模型（Technology Acceptance Model: TAM），然後將所提議的模型應用在網路學習情境中，以研究網路服務持續使用意願。使用問卷資料，本研究將採用結構方程式模型（LISREL）來評估研究模型的正確性及檢驗研究假設。研究期間：9308 ~ 9407
