Abstract:	本計畫將針對在製造商提供零售商退貨政策時，探討零售商如何在固定的銷售期限內，決定季節性商品之價格與訂購數量之問題。一般而言，季節性商品會隨著時間的消逝而有價格退化或易腐之特質，也因此對於此類商品之需求亦會隨著銷售時間的消逝而降低。零售商要如何銷售此類的商品使其利潤達到最大化為實務上一重要課題。在本研究中，我們將著重於在製造商退貨政策相關的保證下，零售商將如何有系統地藉由產品期初的價格與訂購量的訂定以及銷售期間價格的調整，使得零售商的總利潤達到最大作一學理上的探討。希望藉由學理上所得到之結論，進而提供在實務上處理季節性商品銷售時，一套可遵行的法則。研究期間：9408 ~ 9507
