Abstract:	虛擬社群為線上社會網絡，在此擁有共同興趣、目標及專業的個人互動以便分享資訊及知識，並且從事社交活動。虛擬社群成長的最大挑戰在於知識的供給，亦即將知識分享給其他成員的意願。識別在虛擬社群中分享知識的動機，將有助於研究學者及實務人士瞭解如何在虛擬社群激勵知識分享。為達此目的，本研究將提出一整合期望不確認理論、公平理論與資訊系統相關研究的研究模型，並將此研究模型應用於探討知識品質、知識品質不確認、社會互動、社會互動不確認、分配公平、程序公平及互動公平、滿意度及持續分享知識意圖間的關連性。研究模型的檢測將使用網路問卷方式收集登錄在Yahoo.com 內專業虛擬社群之成員的意見資料。研究期間：9408 ~ 9507
