    摘要: 在新產品開發與試產中所需要的物料與一般量產產品上物料在比較上都有時程需求短、不確定性高以及複雜度也高的特性,而這些特性常會造成物料規劃與管理上的困難。許多公司如同個案A公司一樣,會有專案管理的部門特別對這些新產品開發試產使用的物料做一需求上的統籌與規劃,因此專案部門的工程師與相關人員就需要花許多的精神與心力來做這物料的準備與管理,但不幸地還是常會有遇到試產時缺料而導致產品開發時程延遲的問題。因此,對於試產所需物料的規劃與管理,勢必需要導出一套與一般量產產品物料不同的流程,可讓專案部門在備料上減低其工作負擔,進而更有效率地完成試產備料的作業,而讓新產品開發時程的時程可以準時與順利。 本研究藉由對個案A公司桃園廠區內的新產品開發與試產的物料規劃之模式,來探討在上述的幾項特性因子的影響下,導出一個最適當且有效的備料流程。此流程中主要將這試產的物料依照其性質區分成C類(Common)與U類(Unique)的屬性,之後讓專案管理的工程師只要針對U類的物料做請購備料的動作,以確實地達成以下的目的: 1. 降低專案工程師對原先需要準備所有試產物料帶來的負擔。 2. 不同的新產品開發試產的專案所使用的共用材料做資源整合。 3. 減少試產時物料發生缺料的機會。The required materials in development and trial-run process have the characteristic of shortly demanding on schedule, highly uncertainty and complexity that compares with normal production products; these features usually cause difficulties in material planning and management. Majority of companies equip specific function in project management to response for material coordinating and planning for new projects to perform trial run and development as Case A; however, it may occupy great efforts and vigor of project engineers and relevant employees to execute material preparation and superintending. Unfortunately, the problems of schedule delay cause by material shortage are popping up frequently. For the reason, it must be extracted a completely different management flow from ordinary mass production products on material control This research is specific to the model of new product development and trial run materials programming of Case A-company in Tao-Yuan plant, and investigating the influence effect by above mentioned several characteristic factors how to explore one proper and effective process for material preparation. The main propose of this process is to differentiate materials to C type (Common) and U type (Unique) according to its own nature. Following project engineers can focus on the purchase of U type materials only in order to achieve certainly purposes as follows: 1. To lower burden brought by preparing trial-run materials for project engineers. 2. Integrate all common materials using for diversely new product schemes. 3. To reduce opportunities in material shortage while trial-run.
