本研究藉由對個案公司產品研發能力與製程改善的專長,探討是否在製造彈性與小量生產能力之間取得了平衡,且此一概念是否可運用於其他產業,所得結論如下: 1.借由研發人員與工程人員共同參與改善,效果十分顯著,但改善效果仍依賴各功能專業的工程人員對其專業技術的專精程度。 2.一般不具研發能力的公司或產業,對其產品的主導性較弱,但仍可能藉由其內部製程的改善與調整達到更高效益。This research base on individual company design abilty and the speciality of manufactures process improvement to probe into whether it can meet balance between manufactures flexibility and small quantity manufacture ability.This concept can use on another industry,the conclusion as below: 1.Base on the improvement of researches and development personnel anticipate together to comes with the obvious result.However,the improve development responses still relay on the specialization level of each professional engineer. 2.For those company or industry which don't have design ability,the leading product development ability will be weaker,but still can achieve higher benefit by adjust the internal manufature process.
