在物流中,物流中心扮演著非常重要的角色,而物流中心內部有很多的作業,其中揀貨作業是公認最重要的活動,更有學者提出揀貨作業直接相關人力約佔物流中心50%以上。揀貨作業分為很多種型態,分區揀貨是其中一種經常被使用的揀貨模式,而分區揀貨中如何讓各區之間工作量平衡就是很重要的問題。 本研究提出在順序式分區揀貨環境中,如何使揀貨員之間相互合作。使用兩種不同的忙碌程度界限(BT、NBT)決定揀貨員何時該互相幫忙,並提出六種合作策略(PF、PB、PFBⅠ、PFBⅡ、PBFⅠ、PBFⅡ)選擇如何幫忙,用以平衡揀貨區之間工作量。最後使用模擬的方法,進行多種因子組合搭配(忙碌程度界限*合作策略)來討論各組合之績效。 實驗結果顯示,以BT與NBT為忙碌程度界限下之搭配合作策略的最佳績效,比起傳統順序式分區的總揀貨系統時間各降低3.98%與6.02%。Nowadays, the distribution center is becoming the important role of logistics, many activities are carried out in the distribution center. Among them, order picking is the critical one and it may consume as much as 50% of all labor activities. There are several types of order picking found in the distribution center, the popular one is zone picking and the critical issue in zone picking is to equalize the workload of zones, so that the workload of the dedicated pickers have balanced. The purpose of this study is identify the problems of the sequential zone Picking, and emphasize the importance of pickers collaboration. We propose two busy threshold rules(BT)and(NBT)to discriminate the right time to initiate the collaborative activities, and propose six collaborative strategies to determine the ordinal to balance the workload of pickers. Simulation method was adopted to obtain the useful datas, and the effects of various combinations(busy threshold rules+collaborative strategies)was discussed . The experimental results show that the combination of(PF*NBT2) and (PF*NBT3)increase performance by 6.02%, and the combination of(PBFⅡ*BT2)increase performance by 3.98%.
