隨著3C產業的發展,產品多元化及多功能,為了能滿足各種客戶的需求,產品必須要不斷求新求變,因此在產品開發時 工程變更成為無可避免的一個重要的環節,有效的處理工程變更,不僅可以加速產品的開發以及節省成本,更可以提高產品的有效性及時效性,滿足顧客的需求。 產品的種類別越來越多變、複雜,產品生命週期越來越短,市場需要具有強大客制化競爭力的企業,以致工程變更在手機產業中發生的次數越來越頻繁,此表露出工程變更在運籌管理核心的重要,也是工程變更成為影響企業競爭的原因。本研究藉由個案公司某一手機產品家族為例將工程變更分類並從中分析各種工程變更在產品開發到量產前出現的狀況、頻率,再以實際工程變更案例的問題與對策中分析工程變更的原因,將其依可控制與不可控制性做分類,最後針對可控制部份探討對策,以做為未來新產品開發的參考,以降低失敗的可能性。Because the 3C products market trends to have more varied and more complex categories, and shorter products life cycle these years, enterprises need to have a strong ability to customize in order to maintaining the competitive advantage. As engineering change takes place with increasingly frequency these years, engineering change is the main key of enterprise competition. The research of this thesis is to study the developing stages and situations of engineering change in a mobile phone manufacturing company, to summarize, classification it , and then to discuss the trend from product development to manufacture. Base on these, it is to find the identify controlling factors and is expected to be a reference for product improvement and new product development.
