    摘要: 在近年來隨著數位科技的普及,數位遊戲式學習的概念受到許多學者的重視,經營模擬相關課程逐漸成為管理學院課程的一個教學重點。學員在玩遊戲的過程中,能增強學習動機與學習興趣,使得學員更投入於教學內容中,因此就更容易達成教學目標。本研究試圖設計一個以如何應用平衡計分卡為主要的教學目標,並結合情境式學習與數位遊戲式學習的經營模擬系統,我們稱之為「BSC經營模擬系統」以提升學生決策規劃與執行決策的能力。 本經營模擬系統以數位遊戲的方式進行,希望這樣的方式能讓學習的進行更有趣也更容易進行,本遊戲的設計理念以體現平衡計分卡的特性為目標,另外結合了執行力的概念;我們希望學員能學習利用平衡計分卡的財務、顧客、內部流程、學習與成長等四個構面的資訊來思考策略架構,並將這些策略運用在執行力系統的人員整合、策略與營運等企業核心流程之上。 本研究的系統製作,與中央大學資管系林熙禎教授指導的專題小組合作,由該專題小組負責遊戲系統的程式撰寫;「BSC經營模擬系統」試用於中央大學管理學院鄭漢鐔教授所開的管理相關課程。課程試用時間約為八週,進行實驗的對象為修習課程的學員們,我們在實驗過程中收集質化與量化的研究資料,一部分是在學員使用經營模擬軟體之後,會進行兩次學習成效的問卷評量,一次在進行中填寫,另一次在教學完成後進行,利用這樣問卷的資料,對於學生學習成效進行統計量化的分析,另外也會以學生在學習過程的學習檔案來評估學生的學習狀況。從本研究的資料分析結果發現,使用本經營模擬系統,對於學員學習平衡計分卡的意義與應用以及執行力的訓練,有很大的幫助,並且經由進行課程訓練的過程,培養學生團隊合作的精神,並增加合作夥伴之間的情誼。In recent years, management simulation related courses have become popular in business schools. These courses were designed to increase Students’ ability of decision planning and execution. With the development and progress of digital technologies, more and more educators pay attention to the concept of digital game-based learning. Many educators believe that the students’ learning motivation and interest of learning can be enhanced by participating in management games. The purpose of this research is to design a new management simulation system which combines the balance scorecard, situated learning, and digital game-based learning. That system is called balance scorecard (BSC) management simulation system. This BSC management simulation system is a digital game. It can make learning more interesting and more easily. The application of BSC is the main idea of the game. Combined the decision execution system, the system help students to understand how to use the BSC in making strategic decisions, and how to integrate the processes of personnel, strategy and operation in executing business decisions. The coding of the system was carried out by the senior students of the department of information management during a two semester course of information systems development project at the school of management, National Central University. In order to test the effectiveness of the system, we planned an eight weeks pilot course, which were conducted in a management-related course at the same university. We conducted the questionnaire survey of BSC management simulation system twice, once at the fifth week, another after the pilot course. The quantitative and qualitative data from the pilot course were collected and analyzed. The results of the analysis revealed that the BSC management simulation system can help learners to facilitate their learning about the content of balance scorecard and decision execution. During this project, the team members have experienced the spirit of teamwork, and have made valuable friendship.
