Abstract:	基於全世界的木材供應日漸減少，供給與需求的矛盾日益加劇，因而促進了人造板工業的迅速發展。人造板中的膠合板因為具有較實木更良好的使用性能，與實木板材比較不但保留了木材的天然紋理和質地且更加穩定，因而成為人造板工業中的主要導產品，受到使用者的喜愛。中國膠合板產業真正發展只有三十年的時間，目前尚處於產業成長的萌芽時期。膠合板產業成長發展的策略問題已成為中國林木業經濟研究的重要領域。近年來，專門運用產業競爭理論和產業集群規模經濟理論對中國的各種輕重工業或產業競爭力進行研究的文獻較多，但專門針對膠合板產業進行系統研究的很少。本文以個案公司為例，通過用產業競爭力和產業集群分析方法對膠合板產業競爭環境進行了全方位、多層次、定性定量的分析，同時結合中國膠合板產業發展的優勢、劣勢以及機會和威脅，提出具體可行的膠合板產業對外貿易戰略和國際競爭力提升措施，保持和強化競爭優勢因素，轉化競爭劣勢因素，大幅度提高中國膠合板產業國際競爭力，並使中國膠合板產業獲得可持續發展的能力。The world’s timber supply has reduced while the demand continues to grow. This has promoted the rapid development of wood-based panel industry. Plywood is easier to use because of its good performance and preservation of the wood’s natural grain and texture. It has become China’s leading wood-based panel products industry. The development of China’s plywood industry really is only three-decade long, and the industry is still its embryonic period. Meanwhile, with the sharp increases in import and export trade and trade frictions, the development strategy of China’s plywood industry in forestry economy has become an important research area. In recent years, it is quite popular to apply theories of economies of scale and cluster to analyze the international competitiveness of Chinese textile and agricultural industries. Systemically applying such theories to the plywood industry, however, are very few. In this study, a case company in the plywood industry is carried out with theories of industrial competitiveness and cluster analysis. The study explores the industry’s competitive environment, which serves as the basis for the subsequent SWOT analysis of the case company. Based on these analyses, the study provides specific practical strategies for the future development of the case company. Implications for the development of the industry and the governmental roles are also discussed.
