摘要: | The previous researchers mostly concentrated on DeLone and McLean IS success model to identify the relationship between key success factors and net benefit of ERP implementation. Even though it is widely known that the support of top management is a critical success factor in ERP implementation, the studies of ERP top management』s leadership affects on both individual and organization performance in ERP implementation is still limited. To fill this significant gap, this study develops a research model to explore the relationship of these three aspects, namely, leadership style of the CEO and the project leader, individual performance improvement, and organization performance improvement with ERP implementation. The research model includes six factors of leadership :charisma / inspirational, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, contingent reward, active management by exception, and passive / avoidant. The emphasis is put on the impact of individual and organization performance. Individual performances are focused on improvement of decision-making quality, performance, productivity, and efficiency. The organization performance are stressed on the performance, profitability, cost saving, efficiency, and effectiveness. Questionnaire will be sent to those companies that has implemented ERP over half year to collect leadership style and individual performance improvement. The data of organizational performance improvement will be collected from databank provided by Credit information Service Ltd., (CCIS) and Taiwan Stock Exchange. The collected surveys will be analyzed to verify the correctness of the proposed model. With this research, the researchers wish to identify leaderships that have a positive or negative impact on individual and organizational performances. This research result should greatly enhance the understanding of leadership style needed in e-business implementation project even though the study is focused on ERP implementation for the time being. 研究期間:9508 ~ 9607 |
