Abstract:	鑑於近年來各大學陸續採取具體的作為激勵在教學上有傑出表現的教師(如設置教學傑出獎教師的選拔)，而這些獲獎教師的教學成長故事、教學特質甚少以有系統的方式進行紀錄、分析、儲存與分享，因此，本研究之目的為建置教學傑出獎教師教學專業網站，透過教學實況錄影、觀察、敘說、訪談來分析研究對象的教學專業成長故事及其教學特質，以擴大分享的深度與層面。本三年期研究計畫關注點為：(1)建置教學傑出獎教師的教學專業發展網站，網站內容包含教師教學理念與教學特質分析、教學實況分析與討論、上課精華片段的分析與討論；(2)前兩年對中央大學獲教學傑出教師進行教學實況的錄影及教學觀察分析，以理解實體的師生互動、教學特色、教學特質等等重要的教學歷程，並以敘說探究每位教學傑出獎教師之教學專業成長故事以及其教學特質；(3)第三年辦理全國教學傑出獎教師的經驗分享工作坊，並將研究對像擴及中央大學以外的教學傑出獎教師。最後根據三年來累積的研究結果進行整合性分析，以期建立具有本國教學傑出教師相關教學特質的理論並撰寫成專書出版。研究期間：9608 ~ 9707
