隨著女性參與社區活動的涉入程度增加,女性領導者的領導特質對於社區特色影響亦日漸增加。本研究以連續三年擔任「桃園縣旗艦社區領航計畫」領航社區,高原村黃村長作為個案研究對象。研究目的在探討女性領導者在客家社區面臨的領導情境、女性領導者的社會化歷程、人格特質、成就動機及領導技巧,及女性領導特質與社區發展特色的相互關係。從訪談、觀察、文獻分析中得到相關資料,加以分析探討。 本研究論述發現結果: 一、突破傳統客家庄的性別刻板印象,證明能力比性別重要。 二、父權社會的性別價值觀,限制女性社區領導者的成就發展。 三、兼具村長與社區發展協會理事長的雙重身分,更發揮領導效能。 四、女性社區領導者旺盛的學習能力,帶領社區正向發展。 五、鄉村型的社區居民對領導者依賴太深,社區領導者的個人信念左右社區發展方向。 本研究發現,對女性領導者進入社區發展具有正向的意義,雖然社造經驗無法完全複製,但女性社區領導者推動社區事務的成功經驗,可提供有心進入社區工作的女性領導者之參考。 Abstract Women's involvement in community development is increasing; so as female leaders' influence on Hakka community environmental actions. This study aims to explore the characteristics of woman as a Hakka community leader and her leadership behaviors in a community context, and takes Kaoyuan Village as a study case. The researcher obtained the following results: 1.The breakthrough gender stereotype in tradition Hakka village ,ability is more important than the gender. 2.The father right society's sex values, limit the feminine community leader's achievement development. 3.Both the village head and the community develops the association director's dual identities, displays the leadership potency. 4. Feminine community leader's exuberant learning capability, leads the community forward development. 5. The village community resident relies on to the leader is too deep, about community leader's individual faith community development direction. This research shows, involvement in community to the feminine leader to have the forward significance, although society makes the experience to be unable to duplicate completely, but the feminine community leaders promote the community business's successful experience, may provide reference which of the feminine leader who wants to be involved in the community affairs.
