摘要: | 數位聚合在科技產業中為不斷的演進過程,同時是一種複雜的現象。在這股數位聚合趨勢中,公司常面臨資源分配有限、技術研發、營運發展、銷售通路等問題。這些問題無法由單一公司處理,必須尋求合作夥伴,進而延伸出不同的策略聯盟。策略聯盟 (Strategic Alliances, SAs)議題逐漸在整個公司、產業之間扮演著重要地位,同時,廠商間合作型態也落於不同的產業之中,策略聯盟已成為公司展開經營策略與發展的使用手法。本研究以手機與電腦產業為例,試圖找出產業數位聚合現象及驅動因素,包含:技術、市場、產品裝置。並且進一步的整理近年來科技業的策略聯盟及學術之間探討的議題,將科技業的策略聯盟類型做分類,包含:聯合研發、技術授權、標準推廣、產品回收再利用、併購、出售、配銷、合資。這些不同形式之策略聯盟,其極具價值及前瞻性的觀點,延伸出學術界深入研究的新議題。 本研究的主旨核心元素為數位聚合及策略聯盟,這兩項核心元素是科技業發展過程中重要的關鍵,同時配合價值網絡及聚合階段,深入個案研究與論點分析,從激烈的高科技產業中,提供企業的典範,成為世界科技領航者。 The phenomenon of digital convergence is complex and competitive. In recent trends of digital convergence, the company often confronted with problems, for instance, allocation of resources, technology development, operation, sales and distribution. These difficulties problems can’t handled by a single company. The company will turn to seek partners and extend different strategic alliances. Strategic alliances (SAs) issues become an increasingly favorable choice for the company that intends to attain a business strategy and development, the pattern of cooperation between different company and industries. We selected two high-tech industry represent a subject of mobile phone and computer. Trying the phenomenon of digital convergence and driven, including technology, market, product devices. The alliances were then categorized under the following types for ease of analysis: joint research and development (R&D), technology licensing, standards promotion, product recycling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sale, distribution, joint venture. In this study, the two core elements of digital convergence and strategic alliances are important development process, while analysis the value networks and convergence stage. Form the dramatic high-tech industries, providing company paradigm, as the leader of the world. |
