本研究以高科技產業的相關人員為研究範本,探討主管部屬間的交換關係對於員工的工作績效與組織公民行為之影響,並討論心理賦能的中介影響效果。本研究結果發現主管部屬交換關係品質和員工的心理賦能有正相關,而心理賦能和其組織公民行為亦有正相關。研究發現也證實主管部屬交換關係品質可藉由心理賦能的中介,進而影響員工的組織公民行為。本研究針對研究結論提出管理意涵與未來研究之參考。 This study, with the sample from the high-tech industry, investigates the relationships between leader-member exchange (LMX), job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The mediating role of psychological empowerment is also explored. It is found that LMX is positively related to employees’ perceived psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment is also found to positively relate to employees’ OCB. In addition, the mediation of psychological empowerment is confirmed for the relationship between LMX and OCB. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.
