在金融業永續責任內化的國際趨勢下,業者須透過其日常營運流程、產品與服務,以善盡其在經濟、環境及社會等三方面責任。金融業者需「綠化組織」,建立能體現永續責任的策略及管理制度,建立綠色監督的機制,並透過核心業務領域,對社會提供各項綠色金融產品與服務以促成永續發展。 論文中敘述了金融服務部門(零售銀行、公司和投資銀行、資產管理、保險業)中已實踐的綠色金融商品與服務,並介紹綠色貸款在中國的運作機制與實施經驗。匯豐銀行從環境管理、永續發展業務、風險管理、社區投資及以人為本重視多元共融的五個範疇去貫徹永續發展。興業銀行則是以綠色金融作為其差異化經營的策略,打造出綠色金融品牌的創新商業模式。期待經由個案的研究,找到台灣金融機構可以學習與借鏡之處。 Responsibility in the financial industry for sustainable development is an international trend. The industry is now required to process its daily operations, products, and services in a way that fulfills their economic, environmental and social responsibility. The financial sector is required to emphasize their "green organizational behavior", through the establishment of sustainable practices that reflect their business strategy through management systems, establishing green supervision mechanisms, and through their core business areas that provide society with a variety of green financial products and services that promote sustainable development. This thesis describes the financial services sector (retail banking, corporation and investment banking, asset management, insurance industry) and their green financial products and services in China. HSBC Bank is a good example of environmental management, sustainable business development, risk management, community investment and people-oriented emphasis. The Diversity Project implements these practices in five areas of sustainable development. The Industrial Bank is based on green financial management as a strategy to create a green banking brand business model. Looking through specific case examples implemented at other financial institutions, Taiwan can learn from their experience.
