隨著資訊科技與網路技術的快速演進,企業會在不同時期導入不同的應用系統以滿足需求,而由於應用系統之開發平台與其使用技術皆不盡相同,除了造成資訊系統數量愈來愈多,且各系統有各自的目錄服務和帳號管理。此對企業員工而言,不僅難以記憶多組系統帳號和密碼,且在進入不同系統時,皆必須個別登入造成時間的浪費。企業為了要解決員工重覆登入系統的問題,大多會採用單一簽入解決方案,但是由於企業中的系統並非全部都是Web應用程式,所以網頁式的單一簽入技術並無法完全解決目前企業的問題。 因此,本研究以單一個案研究方式探討個案公司導入單一簽入系統與帳號管理的背景與過程,並探討個案公司導入單一簽入系統過程中所遇到的問題,以及如何解決這些問題。除此,本研究也歸納出導入單一簽入系統對企業員工及管理面所產生效益,並以資訊系統建置模型之企業內部與外部技術專家此二構面為分析基礎,探討個案公司導入單一簽入系統成效之關鍵因素。文末,本研究提出對企業導入單一簽入系統時在實務上之建議。 With the rapid evolution of information technology and Internet technologies, enterprises have introduced various application systems during different periods to satisfy demands. However, the development platforms and technologies adopted for the application systems vary continuously. In addition, the number of information systems also increase with each system equipped with respective directory services and account management. The above situation will cause enterprise employees having difficulty memorizing the multiple system accounts and passwords, and wasting their time logging into various systems individually. To solve this problem of repeated logging in, most enterprises adopt Single Sign-on method as a solution. However, not all systems of a firm are Web-based application programs, and the currently available Web-based Single Sign-on technology is inadequate for solving the aforementioned problem. Therefore, this study uses a single case study to describe the background and process of implementing the Single Sign-on system and account management in the case company, as well as the problems and solutions encountered when introducing the system to the case company. This study finds that implementing Single Sign-on system benefits employees and management sectors. This study evaluated the performance of the Single Sign-on system implementation using two dimensions of the information system construction model, internal and external experts, as a basis for analysis. Finally, this paper provides practical suggestions for Single Sign-on system implementation in enterprises.
