企業可能針對資訊系統進行資料或介面整合,或是對相似系統進行功能整合。不論企業進行何種的資訊系統整合,其目的不外乎為了提升資訊透通度、減少資料重複、避免資料不一致及降低系統維運成本。本研究以企業異質製造執行系統整合專案為對象,探討專案執行過程遭遇之問題及解決方法,並進一步找出影響系統整合專案之關鍵因素。本研究採單一個案研究分析法,個案主角為電子產品組裝工廠;透過研究者參與觀察系統整合專案,並對次級資料進行整理與分析,進而達成本研究之目的。 本研究在整理及分析個案資料後發現,資訊系統整合過程可能遭遇新系統帶來的不確定感、使用者抗拒、及資訊技術等問題;欲化解上述遭遇之問題,必須掌握專案計畫與企業策略結合、尋求高階主管支持、資訊技術能力等關鍵因素,才能讓系統整合專案順利推展。 根據研究所得發現,本研究建議企業未來在進行系統整合專案時,應特別尋求使用者單位高階主管的認同與支持,除此,應在組織內持續溝通並秉持服務精神等,以期獲得系統整合專案的成功。 The enterprise might integrate information system data or interface, or conduct functional integration with similar systems. Whatever type of information system the enterprise integrates, its ultimate goal is to enhance information transparency, reduce duplicate data, avoid data inconsistency, and minimize costs of system operation and maintenance. This study, based on the integration projects of manufacturing execution systems on business heterogeneity, probes into some problems in the process of the project execution and provides some solutions, further explores the critical factors influencing the system execution project. This study adopts the single case study method, analyzing an electronic products assembly factory. The researchers will participate in observing the system integration project, and classifying and analyzing secondary data to achieve the purpose of this study. After case data analysis, this study discovered that problems such as a sense of uncertainty, user rejection, and information technology bottlenecks caused by the new system might arise during system integration. To resolve the above issues, critical factors are as following: combining the project plan with business strategy, seeking support from executives, and improving information technology capability to develop system integration projects smoothly. This paper recommends the IT project manager to get the identification and support from executives of user department, to communicate with users continuously and to provide efficient services in order to obtain the success of system integration.
