    Title: 台灣電子產業知識分享、技術創新力與企業持續競爭力之關聯性研究-以H公司為例

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的是為透過復迴歸進行知識分享、技術創新力以及企業持續競爭力間因果關係之探討,經相關研究與文獻探討後透過知識分享、技術創新力與企業持續競爭力建構概念模型並進行問卷設計,本研究選擇台灣電子產業H公司為例,並以內部員工為研究對象,進行問卷調查,共獲得有效問卷221份。經分析後顯示知識分享各個構面中,除工作任務知識分享對組織資訊能力的影響不明顯外,其餘各個構面對企業技術創新力皆有正向促進作用;知識分享各個構面對企業持續競爭力具有顯著的促進作用;企業技術創新力各個構面對企業持續競爭力皆具有顯著的促進作用。最後知識分享可以藉由技術創新力對企業持續競爭力產生正向影響效果。因此根據研究結果,企業管理者可藉由鼓勵知識分享,提倡技術創新以及多元化知識分享方式來獲取企業持續競爭力。 The objective of this study was to understanding the causal relationship between knowledge share, Technological innovation capability and sustainable competitive capacity. The hypothetical model was constructed by knowledge share, Technological innovation capability and sustainable competitive capacity, and then was examined by questionnaire investigation. The survey was proceeded in Taiwan’s electronics industry with a total number of 221 valid questionnaires, and the research object was internal staff. After data analysis using multiple regression, the results indicate that: Except task knowledge sharing have no positive influence on information capacity, all dimensions of knowledge sharing have positive influence on technological innovation capability; all dimensions of knowledge sharing have positive influence on sustainable competitive capacity; all dimensions of technological innovation capability have positive influence on sustainable competitive capacity; finally, knowledge sharing has indirect effects on sustainable competitive capacity by technological innovation capability. According to the results, managers can get sustainable competitive capacity by stimulating knowledge sharing, and advocating technological innovation capability, and diversifying ways of knowledge sharing.
