平衡計分卡自1992年由科普朗(Robert S. Kaplan)與諾頓(David P. Norton)提出之後,期間兩人又發展推出『策略核心組織』與『策略地圖』等概念與工具,使得平衡計分卡已成為各行各業所探討的管理架構。其架構強調企業財務與非財務、內部與外部、長期與短期、領先與落後指標間的平衡,不僅為一績效評估工具,更是與企業策略面相結合策略管理之工具。 本研究擬以台灣某筆記型電腦代工業者為例,並針對筆記型電腦代工產業之供應鏈管理與績效進行探討,運用平衡計分卡之技術,探討該業者如何經由釐清公司現有的使命、價值、願景與策略;透過平衡計分卡此項策略管理工具,為筆記型電腦代工產業之供應鏈設計出一套績效評量管理運作模式,幫助筆記型電腦代工產業落實其經營目標之達成,期能裨益於筆記型電腦代工產業在日益競爭的經營環境中,提升整體營運績效與運籌管理能力與持續性之競爭優勢。 The Balanced score card since 1992 by Coplon (Robert S.
