    摘要: 本研究經由觸控IC與觸控面板緊密結合的觸控產業環境做分析開始,由產業結構位置解析觸控IC的機會與挑戰。並對觸控IC所處整個觸控產業分析,在技術、上中下游、終端應用及新進者等構面可獲致產業未來發展趨勢;並以確認觸控IC在供應鏈中價值定位,再細部探究觸控IC之五力分析、SWOT分析之總合結論獲致以下五項對業者建議: 一、聚焦原具有投射式電容技術核心能力,鞏固並發展延伸差異化產品。 二、與觸控產業鏈上下游保持密切合作,慎選夥伴與之共存共榮,將市場擴大。 三、持續創新與關鍵人才為公司生存命脈所繫,人才選、用、育、留為重要項目。 四、把握参與國際展與技術性論壇,介紹新產品發表與業界溝通,增加公司知名度。 五、持續與品牌大廠合作,能擁有較大出海口並發展策略聯盟之關係。 This study is researching in the industry environment of touch panel which connect tightly with Touch IC and Touch panel itself. Meanwhile, it analyzed the viewpoint of techniques, newcomer, end-customer’ application and supply chain players in the field obtaining the development trend of touch panel in future. To have validation of the value pro-position of Touch IC in the supply chain by using the analysis of five forces, SWOT that obtaining the conclusion of following five propose to the industry’s newcomers: 1. Focus on having core competence of the capacitive touch technology, consolidate and develop the differential products. 2. Keep close cooperation with the members of touch panel’s supply chain, select right partnership to enlarge the touch business marketplace. 3. Innovation and talent bearing on the survival of company, and Human resource management is key subject of the company. 4. Join with the international exhibition and technical forum to introduce new product couple with well communication in the field that increase company’s reputation. 5. Cooperate with branding companies continuously to win the volume sales and also develop the relationship with them to have strategic alliance largely.
