    摘要: 雖然自動貨櫃碼頭已採用諸如自動導向車、自動化堆積起重機、軌道式門型起重機或跨載機來自動化貨櫃的運輸,其運用追蹤技術於貨櫃或搬運車具的管理仍是有限。尤其當國際組織如世界關務組織對貨櫃安全有特別的要求,如何在資金限制的環境下選擇適合的追蹤技術對貨櫃產業來說是十分的重要。為了符合產業的實務需要,本研究將應用影響圖的方法來建構一個系統化的決策支援工具,此工具可協助碼頭經營者評估是否要投資追蹤技術或是最適用的追蹤技術組合。本研究的決策環境將建構於自動導向車與軌道式門型起重機組合設計的碼頭,而追蹤技術將包括無線射頻技術、光學字元識別、電子封條、與差分全球定位系統。除了各追蹤技術的組合應用於自動貨櫃碼頭的流程將會進一步分析外,流程中的不確定因素亦將會利用影響圖的機會節點來做表示,此外,影響圖的模型亦將轉換成貝氏網路以達到更有效率的機率性推論,此計畫提出的方法亦將應用於個案討論以了解其實用性。由於追蹤技術的投資金額都相當龐大,本研究的發現對碼頭經營者來說,將有助其建構一個包含貨櫃運輸自動化及資產透明化的全自動化環境。 Although automated container terminals have automated their container transports through the adoption of automated guided vehicle (AGV), automatic stacking cranes, rail mounted gantry (RMG) or straddle carrier, their applications of tracking technologies on containers /handling vehicles are still limited. As the international organizations such as World Customs Organization have specific requirements on container security, how to select suitable tracking technology under capital-constrained environment is critical for container industry. To meet the needs of business practice, this study will apply the approach of influence diagram to develop a systematic decision support model for the terminal operators to evaluate whether to invest tracking technologies or which tracking solution can optimize their return on investment. The decision environment will be based on AGV-RMG design of automation and the tracking solutions will include the technologies of RFID, OCR, E-Seal, DGPS. While the process flow mapping of AGV-RMG terminal for each alternative of tracking solution will be analyzed, uncertainties of technology deployment on processes will be depicted as random nodes in influence diagram. Besides, influence diagram model will be transformed into Bayesian networks for efficient probabilistic evaluation. Proposed approach will also be applied to a case study to evaluate model practicability. Because tracking technologies generally involves with enormous investments, the findings of this study is practical to the terminal operators to create a fully-automated environment that not only has automated container operations but also incorporates with asset visibility. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
