    Abstract: - - 2 公路養護之目的是為提供用路人一個安全、暢順與便捷的行車環 境,是維持、修復或重建道路系統時的一項功能性工作;為加強各相 關單位的責任與共識,以績效管理的手段加以定期考核,明訂重要性 與要求範圍。以往相關路政單位皆以透過養路比賽作為提昇各工務段 等單位對養護工作的重視,使相關項目作出評比,加權後定出名次, 然而現代管理科學的績效評估技術不斷創新,使用數學規劃的方 法加以協助評準與比較,再採用資料包絡分析法(DEA)中投入產出的 概念將事後已公佈的資料之效率值轉換成排名;其與傳統的排名及分 數作比較的結果,可從另一角度檢查各工務段是否具有相對的有效 率。並從專家訪談與文獻回顧所得出的各具代表績效的細項目中,以 層級分析法(AHP)求其相對權重後得出優良道路指標(GRI),以此簡易 及量化的指標作為對各工務段績效管理的參考。 The aims of Highway Maintenance are to supply travel public a safety, smooth and convenient driving condition. Its works require maintaining and rehabilitating the roadway system properly. For enhancing the responsibility and the common consensus to agree on the significance & the scope of request, the evaluation management method to check their efficiency at a defined period is used. In the past, the Agency used the Road Maintained Race method to determine the performance of the working sections' routine highway maintenance works.
