橋梁生命週期中規劃、設計、施工及維護階段,每個階段之間的文件具有相當的關聯性,且各階段皆需要前階段之文件方能順利進行工作。在橋梁維護階段,因各階段所累積之資料已甚為龐大,若各階段所產生之文件未妥善保存管理,在資料遺失或搜尋不易之情況下,對於橋梁維護階段易產生極大之困擾。因此,為有效管理橋梁生命週期所產生之重要文件,本研究旨在建立一電腦化之文件管理系統以協助橋梁之維護管理工作。本研究首先蒐集整理橋梁規劃設計階段相關之文件與興建契約,並藉由契約所規定承辦廠商應交付之文件清單,透過專家訪談方式進行篩選,並淘汰與維護使用無關之文件;之後即針對所篩選之文件建立基本屬性,並對文件進行進一步分類且建立其特殊屬性,以利於未來之搜尋。本研究將文件及屬性彙整後建立橋梁生命週期文件管理之雛型系統,透過案例試驗及專家訪談以驗證並修正系統後,證明本系統具相當之實用性。未來橋梁管理單位可利用本研究之成果,提升橋梁工程文件搜尋使用之效率。Bridge documents produced at the planning, design, construction, and maintenance life-cycle stages are interrelated and each stage needs the documents generated at its earlier stages. It is troublesome at the maintenance stage if all the relevant documents and data are lost.This research aims at developing a computerized system that is able to effectively store and retrieve the necessary bridge documents and data for maintenance needs that were produced at the life-cycle stages. In this research, relevant documents and previous construction contracts were firstly analyzed. From the list stated in the contracts, documents that should be submitted by the contractor are screened by experts based on the maintenance needs. Each of the selected documents is then assigned with basic and special properties for easy retrieval.The established prototypical system was firstly tested by real cases and then used by the experts who made selection of the documents. Modifications were also made according to the experts’ opinions. Effective searching and retrieval of necessary documents for bridge maintenance can be achieved by using the approach proposed in this research. Thus, results of this research can be used by bridge management agencies when managing bridge life-cycle documents..
