    Abstract: 數位聚合為目前最受到注目的議題,並且為一連串複雜的演變過程,在演變的過程中,科技產業結構越加豐富,也推出了許多跨時代的硬體裝置,這些硬體裝置也間接的影響到電子商務。原本電子商務主要都是透過電腦來進行,在行動裝置以及無線傳輸技術普及化之後,電子商務的管道不再只有電腦,行動裝置逐漸成為市場主流,雖然短時間之內還無法取代電腦,但是行動裝置依然擁有行動便利性的優勢,在這一波行動化產品的興起下,電子商務也逐漸轉向為行動商務,並且讓生活跟網路密不可分,而商業模式也必須針對現有的情形做出變化,整合現實跟虛擬平台,提供更好的服務。  本研究主要探討數位聚合對電子商務結構的影響,針對商業模式做出分析,並建構出一個二維圖形,由電子商務發展的演變,可以發現在聚合的推動下,電子商務將朝向以行動裝置為中心,輔以相關的軟體內容,如社群、應用程式,透過不同的互動方式,拉近企業與消費者的距離。本研究並從中找出未來電子商務模式的走向以及發展,期望可以提供給企業在未來發展的電子商務,有參考指標作為依據。Digital convergence is the most popular issue in recent years and that is a complex evolution process. In the evolution, the technology industry structures are different than before, and launch many new type hardware devices. The new type devices are not heavy and easy to carry, called mobile device. The mobile devices not only change product market but also affect E-commerce. In the past, E-commerce always use computer but restrict by time and location. After mobile device and wireless transmission become widespread, the mobile devices become another way from E-commerce and attend by customer. Although mobile devices would not replace computer shortly but still have their advantage, and drive E-commerce to M-commerce (Mobile commerce).   This paper study between E-commerce and digital convergence, and we use business model to understand the relationship. We build a two-dimensional graph to understand the development of business model. After driving by digital convergence, business model will focus on mobile device and some software content like social network, software application and so on. The enterprise can use mobile device connect with consumer, and reduce distance. We hope after this study, we can find a way provide to enterprise to develop new type business model.
