在全球競爭環境之下,企業為了考量整體的競爭效益,委外已經是重要的策略之一,良好的供應商能在實值上提高企業的收益,並能夠提供更多的選擇與服務,但並非所有委外供應商都能夠滿足企業的需求或如預期般地增加企業效益,不適當的評選出委外供應商則會造成企業營運上更多的損失。本研究是針對手機業包裝材料進行研究,探討委外所需考量的相關事項並建立起委外供應商評選準則。本研究將以成本、交期、創新、品質與服務共五個層面與其延伸十六項因素,經由研究個案的專家進行訪談,取得實際手機業界之意見,運用層級分析法加以分析,以評選出委外供應商的準則權重。本研究結果,可提供企業在評選委外供應商時,較客觀的決策參考,也可做為供應商優先改善其能力的順序,而尚未入選的委外供應商,也可做為調整其策略之參考。In the competitive of global environment, enterprises consider the overall effectiveness of competition, outsourcing has been one of the most important strategy. Good suppliers enhance the real gains and be able to offer more choices and services. However, not all suppliers are able to meet the needs of enterprises or are expected to increase enterprise efficiency. Inappropriate selection of suppliers will cause more losses in business operations. This study is to focus on the packaging materials of mobile phone industry, and related matters which the outsourcing required and establish the selection criteria of outsourcing supplier. The study will cost, delivery, innovation, quality and service with its extension of the 16 factors as an indicator through a case study of expert interviews,and obtain the real opinion of the mobile phone industry, and use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze and selected the criteria weights of suppliers. The results of this study can be provided in the selection of outsourcing suppliers, a more objective decision-making for reference, suppliers can also be based on its priority to improve its ability. If the suppliers have not been selected, they can adjust its strategy according to this study.
