中國大陸近年來隨著改革開放,在十一五期間;經濟快速發展,汽車產業在政府政策扶持下,形成強大的內部需求,因而呈現快速發展,隨著汽車產業的急速擴張,其對應之配套產品-輪胎;亦藉此契機紛紛快速擴容,造成中國半鋼子午胎產業在短短十年內發展成為全世界最大生產國與消費國。由於中國目前對於半鋼子午胎產業之發展,鮮少有應用產業組織理論SCP模型(市場結構→廠商行為→廠商績效)進行深度系統研究,因此本文特以產業組織分析研究,探討十一五期間,中國半鋼子午胎產業其上、中、下游間的相互關係,分析產業發展趨勢與未來競爭方向。由研究內容可知;中國式的社會主義其經濟發展,政府政策常扮演非常重要關鍵角色,由於政府政策過度引導,中國半鋼子午胎產業於十一五期間形成產能過剩,企業惡性競爭現象。面對未來低碳環保之綠色輪胎要求,產業必須持續投入技術研發,提升企業競爭力。Mainland China in recent years with the reform and opening up during the 11th Five, rapid economic development in the automotive industry in the support of government policies creates a strong domestic demand. Thus, showing a rapid development with the rapid expansion of the automobile industry, its corresponding complementary products – tyres also take this opportunity to have rapid expansion of the wing, resulting in semi-steel radial tyre industry in the ten short years developed into the world's largest producer and consumer countries.China for the development of semi-steel radial tyre industry rarely has vendors’ behavior of application theory of industrial organization SCP model(Structure-Conduct-Performance)for in-depth system analysis. This article specially analyzes industrial organization to explore during the 11th Five-Year Chinese semi-steel radial tyre industry on the relationship between the middle and lower reaches, analysis of industry development trend and the future competition.Known by the research, government policies often play a very important key role on China's socialist economic development. Caused by government policy over the boot, semi-steel radial tyre industry excesses production capacity and create corporate vicious competition during the 11th Five- Year. To face the green tyre requirements in the future low carbon environment, the industry must continue to invest R & D and enhance the competitiveness of its enterprises.
