近年來,企業經營環境顯得越來越困難,台灣的市場侷限,大陸的市場雖大但國際化加上本地產業衝擊而競爭激烈,使得中小企業面臨嚴峻的挑戰,對外,價格導向己無法讓企業維持市佔率而長治久安;對內,企業經營模式管理危機該是轉型變革的重要思考時機。本文針對一家專門提供自動辨識技術進行系統整合公司,其透過自動辨識載體掌握物件動向,加以整合資訊系統並依照客戶需求而量身訂做之設計開發。公司在營運超過十多年後,因為產業競爭的特性與競爭力的逐漸下降,尤其客戶對資訊系統產品和服務的要求急遽改變,如何確保就現有產品與技術能力,進行經營模式轉型變革與提升競爭力的探討分析。當企業在擬定經營模式之轉型策略時,除了要思考如何擁抱顧客及提供專業技術外,也必須思考相關的配套措施如企業變革的經營管理、組織改造、資訊SI系統整合等工作,如此方能使企業轉型作業落實及達到預期成果。本文雖然指出A公司在經營管理與產品市場面對環境變化時的內外在矛盾衝突,但還是必須肯定A公司未來轉型變革的策略及決心,只是轉型變革方向是否正確與經營模式之產品可行性,則有待時間驗證。In recent years, business environment has become increasingly competitive. The Taiwan market is limited in size. While the huge China market brought forward a potential of growth, problems in internationalization and the rise of Chinese local industry result in very fierce competition. Taiwanese small and medium enterprises are thus facing tough challenges. Externally, price-orientation cannot help companies to maintain market share and long-term stability. Internally, company facing management crisis in competition has to plan for change.The target of this study is Company A, which has been providing AIDC (Auto Identification Data Capture) software and hardware systems integration (SI) for over 10 years, but has been facing with sliding profit margin. This study proposes a change in business model for Company A, based on its existing products and technologies, to meet the escalating competition. The main feature of the proposal is for Company to change from customization solutions to standardized modules. In addition, the proposal also includes relevant supporting measures, such as enterprise transformational management and organizational transformation.
