隨著全球化的風潮下，產業價值鏈的各個環節透過對外投資的方式，逐一朝向跨國的發展模式。演化進程已從低階的生產製造，強調建構全球生產網絡的效益，逐漸延伸至高附加價值的研發活動，著重探究如何透過研發跨國佈局維繫其技術領先優勢。本研究主要目的在於探討台灣製造業廠商的海外子公司的 R&D 投資對國內母公司生產力成長的影響。研究結果將有助於吾人了解台灣廠商國內外研發資源配置的發展過程以及其影響效果。 ; Under the influence of globalization, the evolutionary process of industrial value added chain through foreign investments activities has shifted from production network to R&D network. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of oversea R&D by the subsidiaries on productivity grow of the parent firm in Taiwan.
