Abstract:	本計畫依據計畫主持人現已發展出來之分析架構, 利用「年齡-胎次」別的台灣婦女生育資料, 來處理「生育數量」與「生育步調」交互影響的問題。本計畫所使用的分析架構有別於目前文獻既有的模型, 能對尚未完成生育的年輕女性之終身生育行為進行推估, 計算出各個世代女性在生育數量及生育步調上的差異。這項成果對於我國未來的人口變遷有更完整的瞭解與掌握, 對於相關政策的制定, 也能夠提供更具價值的數據及理論基礎。 ; Based on the approach developed by the Project Director, we use data on age-order specific fertility rates in Taiwan to forecast and thereby complete cohort incomplete fertility schedules. The outcome of this project may aid understanding and inform future trend of population transition, and therefore provide valuable figures with a sound theoretical basis. ; 研究期間 9712 ~ 9806
