    Abstract: 現在社會是資訊科技蓬勃發展的時代,e-learning為學習方式的新寵兒。而行政院客委會也致力推動客家數位學習,建置數位學習網站—哈客網路學院與客語能力認證網站,將客家語言、客家文化與意象,藉由全球資訊網(www)無遠弗屆的力量,傳達到全世界。本研究主要以內容分析法與深度訪談法,瞭解客家數位學習推動的動機、理念、成效、困境及未來展望。 本研究發現,客家數位學習推動效能的提升,不只是網站建置內容的充實,更重要的是政府政策的規劃與執行;而研究建議,包括:1.對網站建置建議:(1)增加多國語言版瀏覽介面;(2)提供無障礙空間網站;(3)定期調查使用者對網站的意見;(4)設置內部客服人員管理回覆;(5)網站資料與多媒體擷取功能更加完善;(6)結合客家數位典藏與客家數位學習網站;(7)重視網站的內容深度及廣度。2.對政府推動建議:(1)加強宣傳;(2)設置即時回覆系統強化顧客服務;(3)與社區及學校單位結合資源互享。 E-learning is a new and welcome style for learning in the information age. With the broadcasting power of World-Wide-Web, Council for Hakka Affairs of Executive Yuan aims for setting up two digital learning websites -- Hakka e-learning center and certification web of Hakka language to promoting Hakka language, culture and image. Two research methods including content analysis and in-depth interview were used to discover the motivation, notions, outcomes, barriers, and the futures during the initialization of Hakka digital learning. This study states that the promoting effects of Hakka digital learning were not only contents of websites but also the policy-making and executing by government. The conclusion is separated by two dimensions one concerning the websites setup and the other suggesting the promotion of government. The suggestions for websites including seven issues, they are (a) adding the multi-language web pages, (b) modifying the web to conformance the Triple-A of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, (c) implementing a periodic survey to gathering the comments of websites user, (d) assigning a employee for customer service, (e) improving the usability of multimedia objects downloading and abstracting, (f) combing the Hakka digital archives program and Hakka digital learning websites, (g) attaching importance to websites contents. The suggestions for government are (a) promoting guidance of websites, (b) initialing a real-time reply system for customer service, (c) sharing the sources with communities and schools.
