    摘要: 客家漁港社會網絡變遷之研究:以桃園縣新屋鄉永安漁港為例 摘 要 在台灣地區唯一的客家漁港-新屋永安漁港,從1900年代的農業社會背景之下,這裡的客家農民藉著農事閒期,以靠近海洋地利之便,勤奮開創新局,依順環境由農耕轉而兼營漁業及至發展休閒商業。本文欲研究這裡客庄農民,由農轉漁,漁轉商的社會網絡變遷過程;例如轉業動機、生活連結、關係網絡等等,這些資源如何建構、影響變遷?在各階層間流動的過程中,產生哪些互動、網絡關係?透過觀察、訪談研究其社會網絡與變遷,並從相關文獻資料中分析客家漁民所連結的關係網絡、客家族群特性、漁會如何與客家漁民協力互動、互惠關係,為客家漁港建構最佳的策略關係以創新再造新機,這是一個在族群策略面與文化面上更深層更發人省思的重要課題。本研究選擇新屋永安漁港漁商與客家漁戶駐點觀察,以97年1月開始到97年12月為觀察期,為期1年,期間以滾雪球的分層抽樣方式,針對漁港各階層的網絡面作深度訪談(如附錄2),總計28位,藉此觀察研究漁港變遷之間連結關係的運作及網絡變遷互動影響。本文分成五個章節,第一章緒論與研究架構;第二章論述永安漁港發展變遷,第三章論述由農轉漁的社會網絡分析;第四章分析永安漁港轉型休閒商業漁港趨勢。第五章由客家漁港創新網絡的策略觀點論述,作為本文的結論。 關鍵字:客家漁港、社會網絡變遷、漁民、休閒商業、創新網絡 A Study of Changes of Social Networks in Hakka Fishing Port—An Example of Yongang Fishing Port, Xinwu Township, Taoyuan County Abstract In 1990’s, in the only Hakka fishing port in Taiwan, Yongang Fishing Port in Xinwu, Hakka farmers, while free from farming work, worked diligently to set a new dimension thanks for being close to the sea. They also got engaged in fishery from agriculture and then further developed leisure business. This paper aims at study the social networks changes of these Hakka farmers from farming to fishery and again from fishery to business, including motivation of transfer, life connection, and relation networks, etc. How were these resources established and how did they affect the changes? What interactions and networks relations were there from the process of flow among levels? With observation and interviews, the research studies the social networks and the changes and analyzes, from relevant literature, relation networks and features of Hakka fishermen, how fishermen’s association connected fishermen and fishery merchants to build the best interaction relation for Hakka fishing port in group innovation. This is an issue worth pondering in ethnic group strategies and culture. Observation was made on fishery merchants and Hakka fishermen in Yongang Fishing Port in Xinwu from January to December 2008 for one year. In snow ball stratified sampling, in-depth interviews were made on social networks (Annex 2) with 28 fishermen to observe operation of connection relation of fishermen networks, characteristics of fishery merchants and networks changes. The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I is introduction and study structure. Chapter II describes background survey of social networks in Yongang Fishing Port. Chapter III illustrates the history networks of transference from Yongang Village to Yongang Fishing Port. Chapter IV analyzes the trend of transformation to leisure fishing port in Yongang. Chapter V focuses on diffusion future of group innovation networks of Hakka fishing port as the conclusion of this paper.
