    Abstract: 科技發展快速,人類生活型態改變等,對於照明產品的要求日新月異,加上全球環保意識逐漸抬頭,照明科技已朝節能、低污染方向演進,因此LED光源的運用變得炙手可熱,伴隨著LED技術與效能不斷的提升,消費者及客戶對企業快速回應需求的增加,以及產品生命週期的縮短,企業為有效掌握客戶的要求、擴大國際市場佔有率並提高企業的速度與敏捷性,必須將傳統新產品開發設計作業協同化,順暢內部流程並快速整合企業與外部企業間之設計鏈價值作業活動。本研究將透過DCOR模型(Design Chain Operation Reference Model),結合限制理論之關鍵鏈專案管理(Critical Chain Project Management,CCPM),建構企業新產品開發設計流程管理模式,藉此有效控管專案時程與整合跨企業間之作業程序,達到充分運用各項資源,提升企業運作之效能。As result of rapid technology development and human lifestyle changes, different customers set and gradually tighten own requirements on lighting product. In addition, lighting product has achieved the goal of energy savings and carbon emission reduction because the world environmental consciousness gains ground gradually. Being alone with rapid technology and efficiency increment of LED lighting product, Enterprises must apply collaborative design management to new product development process to integrate the value activities of design chain among enterprises rapidly for extending the international marketing share and reducing response time.This research discusses how to set up the new product design and development process in the enterprise with design chain operation reference model and critical chain project management of theory of constraints to manage the project schedules and integrate the operating procedures between enterprises effectively for upgrading work efficiency in the enterprise.
