企業全球化佈局已成為現今主要趨勢，多國籍企業隨著組織的擴張，對內之企業組織母公司總部和地區子公司之間的連結，對外和上游供應商和下游顧客間的供應鏈管理也趨複雜，在享受佈局全球帶來的龐大潛力市場利益的同時，企業也面臨了更多的風險和威脅，企業和企業間的競爭已演變成企業供應鏈和供應鏈的競爭狀況。本研究透過深入之資料蒐集、實務案例的歸納整理、問卷及比較之方式，歸納並辨識目前多國籍企業全球佈局的趨勢和風險因子，並實際以硬碟產業為研究背景，列舉兩家典型日資極權型多國籍企業和美資均衡型多國籍企業為案例，比較其相對佈局風險影響，並配合問卷調查結果來強化本研究結果，提出具體降低規避風險之策略外，本研究也建議架構「3D供應網」來連結上、中、下游之全面全球化佈局策略，冀望為硬碟產業在目前和未來佈局全球能夠有所助益，並期能更有助於企業透過供應鏈的佈局擴張來降低營運的風險，因而創造更多供應鏈價值和競爭優勢。Enterprise global distribution has become the major trend nowadays. As the organization of multinational enterprise keeps expanding, internally the linkage between the parent company headquarter and regional subsidiaries, externally the supply chain management between upstream supplier and downstream customer, have become more complex. While enjoying the global huge potential market interests, enterprise is also facing higher risk and threat,and the competition among enterprises has become the competition between the supply chains.This study is performed through information and data collection, practical cases collation and analysis, questionnaire survey and comparison, summarization and identification of the trend and risk factors of current multinational enterprise global distributionHard Disk Drive industry is chosen as the study background practically with two typical enterprises, which are Japanese investor with Totalitarian enterprise and American investor with Balancing enterprise for case study. The relative distribution risk and impact of these two enterprises are compared. Questionnaire result is used to validate and strengthen the results of this study. This study also suggests to build up a 「3D Supply Net」to link the intending globalized 3 parties. It is hoped that this study will bring benefits to existing and future Hard Disk Drive industry global distribution. Besides it shall assist enterprise to reduce operation risk through supplier chain distribution expansion, thus creating more value to supply chain and competitive advantage.
