    摘要: 隨著網際網路的發達,資訊的傳播也越來越迅速,且世界經濟全球化、貿易自由化、也導致全球競爭越來越激烈。而消費需求與消費者意識逐漸調整改變,傳統零售業的營運型態也隨這波潮流不斷創新與變動,連帶影響了整體行銷通路體系。以往傳統多中間媒介商的銷售通路,已逐漸轉變為供應商藉由物流中心,直接將貨品配送至各零售商據點,而其中扮演最重要的角色為物流中心。有許多學者指出揀貨作業人力約佔物流中心50%以上,故如何有效的規劃揀貨作業,降低揀貨作業時間與成本,對於物流中心的運作效率之提昇將有決定性影響。??本研究針對揀貨作業中的「同步順序分區揀貨」環境加以探討,由於此環境中會因為需要揀取的品項數量不同而造成各區域揀貨人員忙碌程度的差異。因此吾人思考若是能讓各揀貨區域皆可領取訂單進行揀貨的話,那麼就不必經過每一揀貨區域,也許可以降低人員閒置的時間,避免等待上的浪費。此外若能打破傳統揀貨順序的限制,在系統增加即時彈性路徑規劃之特性,避免前往壅塞之揀貨區域揀貨,也許能減少彼此間揀貨擁塞進行等待之時間。本研究針對此環境提出修正後之環境並針對修正後之環境所延伸出的兩個問題,即訂單選取以及揀貨箱派送進行探討。並與傳統環境比較,以證明本篇所提出之揀貨環境有較佳之表現。此外考慮在不同的訂單型態以及系統中訂單張數模擬出不同的結果,用以判斷何種情況下,以何種方法可以獲得最好的揀貨效率,求取最佳效果組合。In contemporary society, with the advances in internet, the scatter of information is faster than before. Besides, the circumstance results in dramatic competition of the whole world and also changes the demands of consumption and consciousness of customer gradually.Types of Traditional retailer have been influenced by this trend. Therefore, companies tend to take advantage of distribution center to allocate the commodities in that it’s beneficial for them. Obviously, distribution center play an indispensable role in industries. The majority of scholars point out picking which occupy around 50 percent of all cost, so how to organize picking efficiently and how to curtail time and cost of picking are essential to distribution center. In this study, we propose a new synchronized sequential zone-picking system that has routing flexibility. Eight order selection rules and nine dispatching rules are proposed in the new system and we study their performance through simulation experiments. In addition, we will study whether the performance of the new system is better than those synchronized sequential zone-picking systems without routing flexibility.Based on simulation and analysis, we can witness that those order selection rules with regard to penalty are superior to the others and remaining picking time is the best dispatching rule of all.
