本研究以教育部101學年度「產學攜手合作計畫」核定及完成審查作業之公私立高級職業學校為研究樣本,進行經營績效評估。藉由兩階段資料包絡分析法(DEA)評估模式,依據學校相同之投入、產出項目,透過教學投入與產學成果評估學校經營效率,分析學校管理現況之差異性找出改善績效經營之有效方法,並探討「產學攜手合作計畫」中產業培育技術人力的需求,及兼顧經濟弱勢學生進修與技術養成的彈性學制下對學校的影響。本研究結果得知,學校於兩階段中整體相對效率較低,主要來自於純技術無效率,建議學校可改善規模效率,藉由投入資本的有效配置運用與優化,和發揮產學合作功能來強化學校特色,具體的開源與節流規劃使提升高級職業學校之經營績效。This study evaluates the effectiveness of the “Industry-university collaboration project” carrying out by the Ministry of Education for improving the operating performance of the technique duty education system. One of the evaluation models of Two-stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was applied to compare the input, output, and efficiency of school management of the experiment and control group through Teaching investment and Results of industry-university, and the comment on how to improve business performance of vocational school was yielded following result of the analysis. Concurrently, evaluates “Industry-university collaboration project”, both to the demand for foster of skilled manpower in the industry and also the influence of economically disadvantaged students to pursue flexible educational system to the school. The results of this study that teaching invested, the technical inefficiencies of vocational school are primarily due to pure technical inefficiencies in Two-stage process, so it should devote to curriculum planning, and industry-academia cooperation subsidies are significantly related to the overall efficiency, schools can enhance the operating performance of senior vocational schools by learning effect by the effective specific revenue and cutting expenditure planning.
