Abstract:	台灣產業發展自1970年代進入經濟快速成長的時代，伴隨著企業規模也由小企業發展到中型企業甚至大型企業，在工廠設備維護方面也因為產業規模及特性不斷的調整而產生不同的策略，生產設備系統導入大量的自動化控制系統讓企業節省人力的成本、提升產能也讓產品品質更加穩定，這些自動化設備的備維護技術,也逐步的發展出設備維護管理體系，生產工廠主要的生產條件4M（人、機、料、法）設備要維持故障率低就能獲取更大的產能，同時品質也會相對穩定；由於資訊產業的發展e化也就成為設備維護管理系統的輔助工具。本研究探討的個案公司是家汽車製造公司，汽車產業因應市場的需求大量使用自動化設備系統以滿足市場，同樣面對了設備管理設備種類多、故障多、保養效率低、維修時間長、備品管理的等等問題，本研究中主要探討個案公司透過e化設備維護管理系統的導入CMMS（Computerised Maintenance Management Systems）及設備遠端監控診斷系統；探討其讓企業減少損失所貢獻於工廠設備維護的效益。所得結論在於設備管理系統e化的導入想要獲得預期效果需要掌握其關鍵步驟與配套的做法才不致於失敗，而設備維護管理系統e化後仍需要不斷的維護管理，才能讓這套系統長期發揮它的效能。 The industry of Taiwan is growing rapidly since 1970, meanwhile the firms are accompanied from small to middle business, even larger the national enterprises. The strategy of maintaining production equipments is varying from time to time, based upon the scale of business and different characteristic, the implementation of automatic control system brings up enlarged capacity with more stable quality and cost reduction of human resources. The technology of manufacturing equipments' maintenance was developed including Man, Machine, Material and Methods - 4M to get more capacity with higher yield rate. The connection via information system could help the system of equipment maintenances. In this paper, the investigation of a company in automotive industry which is taking lots of automatic equipments in production line to fulfill market demands. There're issues in manufacturing equipment management, many kinds of equipment, too many defectives, low maintenance efficiency in repairing machines and managing spare parts. In this paper, the benefits of implementing Computerized Maintenance Management System - CMMS would be discussed and studied as well as the remote monitoring diagnostic system. The conclusion is keep maintaining management system after information system was well implemented, and monitoring critical factors to come out supplements, to obtaining its benefits for long-term.
