Abstract:	本研究針對「基督新教信仰如何影響創業家的思考模式與決策」進行個案探討，研究的方法為使用回顧法並且訪談與個案創業家一同工作的同仁。在經過針對個案創業家在信仰基督新教前後在各方面的改變的研究後，本研究發現基督新教信仰讓個案創業家的思想與過去相比有所改變。對於工作、金錢以及人生都有了不同的想法，也影響了他在進行各項決策時的考量。個案創業家認為基督新教信仰讓他成為了懂得寬恕、施捨、不貪心的人，也將工作與金錢都視為榮耀上帝的方法而不是成就個人的手段。 How protestant religion changes mind set and decision making model of an entrepreneur is an interesting issue. This research tries to answer it by self-reporting of researcher and interviewing his colleague. After the self-report and interview, researcher find that protestant religion has made himself full of forgiveness, more merciful, and living without greed. The religious faith also has made him working not for self-fulfillment, but glorifying God.
